About the artwork
In each of three limited editions of Thank You But No Thank You, I, II, III, 2017, the convulsive forms are suggestive of faraway galaxies, molten cores or even the beautiful notes of a scientist. Her annotated words like “Egomotion and Rotational” broaden and obfuscate, hinting at a delicious explanation that remains tantalizingly out of reach. So that the artworks form a spontaneous yet systematic chronicle of the forces that constantly surround us. With hand-applied aluminum cutouts, each artwork is signed by the artist and comes in a whitewash wooden frame.
