About the artwork
Six Discussion Screens, 2009 represents the artist's most celebrated works: his multi-colored, translucent screens and platforms, designed as a commentary on typical "discussion" spaces and artistic critical exchange. Gillick creates these colorful, eye-catching plexiglass panels through exclusive use of the RAL color system first developed in Germany in the 20s.
