About the artwork
Marco Poloni, who represented Switzerland at the 2005 Venice Biennale, created this large print as part of a multimedia work about the mysterious disappearance of Ettore Majorana, one of the 20th Century’s most gifted nuclear physicists, who mysteriously vanished off the coast of Italy in 1938 at the age of 31.
