Since its opening in 1946, Marlborough Fine Art has been a focal point for museum directors, international collectors, and connoisseurs of art. Its early exhibitions presented works of important artists such as Degas, Courbet, and Renoir, and the gallery has since devoted itself to curating shows of modern masters as well as new generation artists from all over the world. In line with its international outlook on the art world, Marlborough participates in renowned art fairs from Art Basel (Basel, Hong Kong, Miami) to Frieze Masters and continues to promote exhibitions beyond the scope of their own galleries.
